Monica is passionate about helping you achieve your physical health goals in hopes of promoting health, longevity and happiness. Monica graduated from the Kinesiology program at the University of Guelph Humber with a Bachelor of Applied Science Kinesiology and a Diploma in Health and Fitness Promotion. Outside the office, Monica likes to travel, read, and outdoor activities such as camping and hiking.
